I am joining For the Love of Stilettos & linking up with Rachel & Lindsey for the "I jiggle but not as much as I used to" weight loss challenge. This should be fun, since I am trying to lose a little weight :)
The rules of the game are simple. Write a post about your weight loss goals (how many pounds you'd like to lose) and what you plan to do to get there (exercise, diet, etc.). Then for the next 8 weeks, come back and link up and tell us about your progress: the percentage of weight you've lost, the exercise you've done, and how you've eaten. Any details you'd like to share.
I am very excited about this challenge, just this week I started my weight loss challenge to myself! I will be attending a Bootcamp class on Tuesday and Thursdays for 1 hour each day, along with Jillian Micheals 30 day shred 2 days a week, I also walk our dog about for about a mile 3 days a week (weather permitting) and I will share more about another Challenge that we have going on at work in the next week or so! I hope everyone is able to meet their goals! I am hoping to shed of few of my winter pounds and get ready for short season!
I am going to post my weight loss in the number of pounds I lose per week!! Instead of posting my BMI.
