Today marks my 3 months with NO SODA!! I am happy i was able to make it through all the 2 o'clock lulls without any soda! It was hard at first and i did and still do have a craving for the carbonation, ( i think :))
I have noticed i am sleeping better and i do feel better because i am more hydrated because i am just drinking water. I also think my skin looks better too, what some H2O will do for the body :)
I am going to try and not get back into the habit of drinking of Soda, but i am sure i will cave and have one here and there!
Have you ever tried to give up soda? If so, were you successful? Do you still drink some now and then?
So, i can cross off another thing on my 101 in 1001 days list :) I am also still needing 3 book recommendations, if you have read any books lately that you loved! Please suggest them to me :)
Also, today i sent out a final payment for a credit card bill!! It feels great to pay something off :) Now that money goes into a savings account :) so happy!

Go you! I don't know how you can do it. I'm ADDICTED to diet sodas but like you said, the clear skin perk when drinking water is nice! :)
Such a great goal! I occasionally drink soda, (at a restaurant/party), but for the most part it's water for me! I can definitely see how all that sugar would wear you down! You go girl! xoxo
